Before using Hancock Bank 24/7 XPress Phone Banking, make sure you have your account number(s) handy. Also have your Personal Identification Number (PIN) available. If you have not yet used the system, the last four (4) digits of your social security number will be your initial PIN.
- From any Touch Tone phone, call 24/7 XPress Phone Banking (866-902-5279).
- Wait for the greeting, then follow the simple instructions given to you over the phone. You will be offered a series of menu selections from the Opening Menu given, simply press the corresponding number(s) on your telephone.
